Athabasca Dental Clinic in Athabasca, AB, is a 5600sqft building with Dental Clinic and lease space available. This project was completed in 10 months from start to finish occupancy. McGinn Engineering Ltd, out of Regina, SK was the design team on this structure. This build was unique in that the mechanical requirements for the Dental clinic required many components to specific areas.
