Completed in June 2016, Deerland Equipment Sales and Service Facility in Athabasca, AB, the complex consists of 27,000sqft with service bays, wash bay, part’s room, offices, show room, storage and mechanical rooms. There were 2 Mezzanines, one in the showroom and a second in the parts/storage room. With over 10 large Sunshine overhead doors to optimize the light in the service bays and in floor heat in the service bays, this Project was completed in 10 months.
