Marks Work Warehouse in Athabasca, AB. This retail store is 10,000sqft and is a prototype for the Marks Work Warehouse small market stores. Green building on the fact that we used Roller compacted concrete for the parking lot, and energy efficiencies which include insulated R30 walls and R40 roof. This building meets the New Building Energy codes and was completed in October 2016.
