MRC Midfield in Athabasca, AB is a 4500sqft office and 12,000sqft warehouse. This Butler building was constructed in 9 months and consisted of a loading dock for the warehouse and mezzanine. This building was unique in that it connected a wood structure and a steel structure into a Hybrid building.
