LIFELONG LEARNING

We provide our team members access to on-demand courses for professional development through our Melewka University platform. EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide a sense of belonging and offer support, education, and mentorship opportunities. Our Women’s ERG, Indigenous Relations Working Group, Social Procurement Committee, and Mosaic ERG provide a platform for sharing meaningful conversations and experiences, encouraging diversity, equity, and inclusion.
